Our Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

If you need to make changes, please let us know 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• You may cancel or reschedule your infusion appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment starts by texting or calling us at (805) 321-8471
• You can also email Ray@innerbloomkt.com
• Your advance notice will allow us to offer your appointment time to other patients as well as help us get you rescheduled right away
  

Please note:
We will not refund or credit appointments which are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours of notice.

Refunds for appointments canceled with appropriate notice will be provided via check with the initial credit card processing fee deducted from the total.
