Why Psychotherapy?

Like a knowledgeable guide who helps you make the most from your travels, psychotherapy in conjunction with IV ketamine therapy may increase your likelihood of achieving lasting positive change. We are proud to collaborate with local licensed therapists who have experience with psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Insurance and Superbills

Ketamine is not typically covered by insurance. However, there are options for reimbursement:
  • Once we approve you for treatment, we will call you to accept your payment and schedule your appointments.
  • After you finish your treatment, ask us for a superbill. Superbills are itemized receipts for health care expenses. They describe procedures performed (eg, infusion), related Current Procedural Terminology or CPT codes, and applicable diagnosis codes.
  • Next, submit your superbills to your insurance company based on their instructions. Some patients have have been successfully reimbursed for the total cost of their treatment.
To be clear: Since ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance, patients must pay for treatment upfront.

We will NOT refund or credit appointments which are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours of notice. We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments.
